For Love To Grow

For Love to Grow
BY KEZIAH

Ever since I was a child I have been surrounded by happy examples of what a TRUE relationship that LASTS between to opposite gender could be. I longed for then and now to have a piece of my heart belong to someone else and he as well to mine that we both can cherish and love.

The feeling of being lonely was not all roses and diamonds although my heart literally does not belong to a specific somebody. I have my fair share of just the “what ifs” and wishful self that I can comprehend to what I see myself in the future of being with someone. And its true, I can assure readers that are reading this now you will agree. With a big yellow smiley face!

For Love to Grow
I love the sunset in your eyes,
Ruby reds, garnets, and orange delights!
The way you smile sends me to be conscious,
Your unmistakable look of perfection seems too obvious.
My love, what fragile, delicate glass flowers to your reflection can stand?

I really must address.
Myself in this situation I confess,
Do you think, there is an inclined passion of love?
To rescue me readily in distress a touch,
I respond we could be different but sometimes alike very much.

Attraction seems farther to comprehend,
Without it though where could love to depend?
I will keep you with me at all times,
A picture, a thought, a word, a kiss, a touch that chimes.
I graciously own my prize in the end of these lines.

I want to wait for us to grow,
I want the world to know,
We are in love not just for show.
I will wait forever if I must,
Sending you a love anticipatingly you can depend, and trust.
